Parade Partner Pages Now Mobile-Ready: Brings digital load booking to any device, from any location

Carrier intelligence and engagement leader grows platform to better serve mobile users and grow digital bookings from mobile.

 


November 11, 2019 - San Francisco, CA // Parade, which creates big data and artificial intelligence solutions for transportation companies, today released another capability to help freight brokerages deliver a frictionless booking experience for their carriers. Parade initially launched Partner Pages, which are brokerage-specific web pages where they share real-time and targeted opportunities with authorized carriers, earlier this year. Parade has now optimized the experience for carriers on-the-go with mobile-ready direct freight opportunities and bookings.


As Parade continued research into carrier booking behaviors, they saw that over 40% of carriers were using a mobile device to view their Parade direct load offers. Of the findings and subsequent product development, Parade CEO, Anthony Sutardja said “We knew that enabling brokerages to reach carriers on mobile is vital to the relationship. Equally, we knew asking carriers to download yet another app was not the answer. We've designed the new mobile-friendly Partner Pages to ensure all of our users have a perfect experience booking loads through Parade."

Parade’s mobile Partner Pages detect the carrier’s device and dynamically adjust into an app-like interface, but without the hassle of downloads and passwords. This gives carriers the ability to quote, book, and submit lane preferences on any device, at any time. “Initial feedback from brokerages has been overwhelmingly positive. They’ve seen an increase in bookings overall and on the back-end we’ve seen a swifter booking process from mobile users.” said Sutardja.


With the rollout of mobile Partner Pages, Parade brokerage customers can now deliver a completely mobile ready solution to their carrier base. This functionality is included for Parade customers and is available today for use by all carriers, with no need to download an application (app) to their device.


This new mobile feature reinforces Parade’s commitment to automation, relationship management, and digital bookings. They are added to an already robust suite of features within Parade’s Carrier Platform, including: Smart Carrier Profiles, Email Extraction, Email Auto-response & Re-engagement, Booking Digitization, Capacity CRM, ELD analysis, and Interactive Carrier Feedback.
